Maestro Memo: A sincere letter to our clients

I want to thank you. You may not know it, but you’ve helped us make a very bold move recently.

Taking 15 years of equity in the Johnson Direct brand – especially at the height of our growth – and pouring it into a new company name and look … well, that was a joint effort. Together, WE created Responsory.

Without clients like you, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the momentum and evolution it took to become what we are today. We make a great team! With your help,we’ve earned our place on the Largest Milwaukee-area Advertising Agencies list year after year. Just last month we were honored with Chief Marketer’s’ B2B Top Shop ranking. And, we continue to conquer uncharted waters for our clients, beating controls and exceeding expectations (a cliché but true statement).

Call me old fashioned, but I believe excellent service remains a cornerstone of doing good business, so I won’t claim that all of our success is based on our intelligent creative or our proven Direct Branding℠ method. We really care about your success. And, I believe you care about ours.

That’s why I’m sharing this note today. I want to be sure you know that we appreciate your business, your confidence in our work, and your friendship. As we revel in our 16th anniversary on March 1st, each one of us at Responsory will be remembering that we get to do what we love to do because of our faithful clients and partners. You’ve helped us reach this high note.
